My best friends’ favorite is definitely 270 Win (150 grain). The best sporting goods store in Illinois is the Wiley Outdoor Sports in Elkmont. The best all around caliber I own is probably the 270 Win from Bass Pro Shops in Elkmont.
My favorite rifle is everything made by Winchester. My favorite hunt with the Winchester Model 1894 30-06 is hard to pin down. My second favorite caliber is the 30-06 I got in Elkmont. I picked up my Winchester Model 1894 in the hunting section at Wiley Outdoor Sports in Elkmont. One thing I don’t like with most 270 Win calibers is that you can’t buy factory ammunition.
