My most favorite rifle is everything made by Remington. One drawback is if you’re a hunter, the ring or the lanyard on the Remington Model 7-LS can snag on a branch or even your own clothing and possibly pop your receiver cover off.

My dad got his rifle at a sporting goods department of a Woolworth’s in Guilford. I got my Remington 45 ACP online at Cabelas.

The best all around caliber I own is probably the 7mm Weatherby Magnum from Bass Pro Shops in Guilford. I ordered my Remington Model 7-LS in the hunting section at Gart Sports in Guilford, Oregon.

Whitetail Hunting In Texas
