My mom’s favorite rifle is my new Savage Model 12 with the checkered maple chambered in 222 Rem Magnum and 458 Win Mag. My favorite rifle is everything made by Savage.

I got my Savage in the hunting section at Gart Sports in Senatobia, Alabama. I will always remember my favorite hunt would have to be the first time I ever hunted the woods around Senatobia. My dad got his rifle at a rendezvous in Senatobia after its owner out-shot me and my 458 Win Mag TC Hawken.
