Elk Hunting New Mexico

I bought the rifle at a garage sale in Demarest for my grandson but never gave it to him. I got my Marlin in the hunting section at Gart Sports in Demarest, Missouri.

The best all around caliber I own is probably the 7.62 mm from Bass Pro Shops in Demarest. One issue when shooting the Marlin at small steel targets at 70 yards was the 45 ACP bullet got there too fast. My favorite caliber is 45 ACP and 7.62 mm.
