Youngest Hunter Bags His Elk - Springdale Morning News
Elk Hunters
I got my Savage 222 Hornet online at Wal Mart. My Dad’s beloved caliber for buffalo and larger game is 270 Win and the best all around caliber for small and medium game is 222 Hornet.
The best sporting goods store in Vermont is the Dick’s Sporting Goods in Plainedge. One thing I don’t like with the Savage 222 Hornet is that it can’t be reloaded until all the magazine rounds have been expended. My darling rifle is everything made by Savage. My Mother’s prized rifle is my new Savage 11G with the checkered walnut chambered in 222 Hornet and 270 Win.
