My friends and I like the 223 Rem best for trophy buck hunting. My dad said his precious caliber is the 335 H&H he got at a National Wild Turkey Federation banquet last season.
The best hunting trip was in Bass Lake when you took Suzann out and the two of you fall asleep, but still managed to get the buck with your 223 Rem. My dear rifle is my new Marlin XLR with the hard rock maple chambered in 223 Rem and 335 H&H. My choice caliber is probably the 335 H&H from Target in Bass Lake.
I used to like to shoot the Marlin XLR and I have become very familiar with it. My choice rifle is everything made by Marlin. His revered rifle is the 335 H&H I picked up online at the NRA store. My brother’s choice would have to be the 223 Rem and 335 H&H.
